NOTICE: This service is only available after a NURILENS staff member has reviewed your inquiry and approved the repair/replacement service. If you have not yet done so, please click here to fill out our inquiry form.

Please select the frames for which you need a repair or replacement. After you successfully submit payment for the repair/replacement service, you will receive the address of our Optical Team to ship your frames. Once you have dispatched your frames, please provide us with the tracking number to facilitate the service.

Shipping costs to our warehouse or optical lab are at the customer's expense.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping within the United States is free. International shipping rates vary by destination.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. International orders may take longer depending on customs processing.

Returns within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Returns within 15-30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit. Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges cannot be processed after 30 days.

Products must be in original packaging and in new or lightly used condition. Shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense unless the request was initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Prescription Policy

NURILENS only accepts prescriptions that have been issued within the last 24 months (2 years) by a licensed eye care provider.

Your prescription must include the following:

  • Patient Name
  • Optometrist Name, Signature, Address, and Phone Number
  • Prescription values for O.D. (right eye) and O.S. (left eye)
  • Pupillary Distance (PD)
  • Expiration Date
  • Add value (required for progressive lenses only)

We do not accept prescriptions from entities that did not issue the prescription to you. All prescriptions are validated before processing. If your prescription is outdated, incomplete, or does not match your selected lens type, we will notify you by email and place your order on hold until we receive the necessary information.

If you opt to submit your prescription at a later date, you have up to 12 months from the date of your order to submit a completed prescription. If we do not receive your prescription within 12 months, your order will be canceled, and a store credit will be issued.

Please note that cancellation requests after 30 days from purchase are only eligible for store credit per our refund policy.

Order Processing

Our approximate processing times before shipping are:

  • Non-Prescription Blue-Light or Sunglass: 1-2 Weeks
  • Non-Prescription Sun-Adaptive: 2-3 Weeks
  • Readers: 2-3 Weeks
  • Prescription (Blue-Light, Sun-Adaptive, or Sunglass): 2-3 Weeks

Our business day schedule runs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and United States holidays.

You will receive email updates as your order moves through processing.

Care Instructions

  • Wipe them down after each use. 
  • Keep them cool. 
  • Keep them dry.
