RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns initiated within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Returns initiated within 15-30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit. Returns and exchanges cannot be processed after 30 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, in new or lightly used condition, and received at our warehouse within 7 days of the return being initiated.
Click on the following link to initiate a return or exchange. Once we have confirmed receipt of your claim, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product.
Shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense unless the inquiry was initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Once we receive your product, our Optical Team will inspect it. After that, you will be notified via email whether or not you have qualified for a return or exchange. If you do not qualify for either option, the frames will be shipped back to you.
At this time, we are not able to accept returns for international shipments. Please email info@nurilens.co if you have any questions about this matter.
Final Sale: Swen Essentials Collection
The Swen Essentials Set, Netwaye Lens Cleaner, Kenbe Frame Anti-Slip Nose Pads by Setex®, and all Mini (Sample) sizes are final sale. As consumable care and hygiene products, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, and are not covered under the NURILENS frame warranty. All sales are final once the order ships or is picked up.
Exchanges
Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Dollar-for-dollar exchanges can be facilitated for non-prescription standard blue-light-blocking glasses or sunglasses. Exchanges for non-prescription sun-adaptive glasses, readers, and prescriptions will incur an additional lens exchange fee.
Cancellations and Changes for Unprocessed Orders
Cancellation requests only apply to orders that have not yet begun processing, including preorders and prescription orders awaiting your prescription details.
- Order cancellation requests initiated within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.
- Order cancellation requests initiated more than 30 days after purchase are eligible for store credit only.
- If applicable, you have up to 12 months from the date of purchase to submit your prescription details. If your prescription is not received within 12 months, your order will be canceled, and a refund via store credit will be issued.
Exclusions
To protect all of our customers and ensure the integrity and fairness of every claim, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within one year of purchase) in certain situations, including:
- Prescriptions that were incorrectly supplied by the customer
- Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care, negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
- Products that have been soiled or contaminated
- Cosmetic Wear and tear
- Third-party alterations made to the product
Return Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers will pay for the return shipping at the time of drop off, and rates vary based on the order.
