Returns and Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To qualify, products must be in new/unused condition and received within 7 days of the return/exchange being initiated. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for refunds to appear back on your card. In the event that you receive a faulty product or prescription, we will do our best to resolve the issue. Returns initiated within 15-30 days from the date of delivery are only eligible for store credit. Any returns or exchanges initiated after 30 days from the date of delivery cannot be processed by NURILENS. Visit our Returns and Exchanges Policy for more information.

1 Year Warranty

We are committed to supplying quality eyewear to our customers and a seamless experience. We guarantee that every item is made by NURILENS and stand confident in the workmanship, craftsmanship, and materials in our products. All of our products have a one (1) year warranty that begins on the date of fulfillment or delivery (whichever came later), during which time eyeglasses and/or cases can be replaced at no additional cost, except for shipping, handling, and related taxes.

  • Failure of workmanship and craftsmanship
  • Faulty products and materials
  • Faulty prescriptions and lens quality

Our Warranties Do Not Cover

To protect all of our customers and ensure the integrity and fairness of every claim, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within one year of purchase) in certain situations, including:

  • Shipping costs for products returned to our warehouse or laboratory
  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care, negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
  • Products showing wear and tear
  • Products lost or damaged due to accidents or acts of God
  • Products returned for personal reasons that are not related to performance or satisfaction
  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated
  • Lost or Stolen Products
  • Cosmetic Wear and Wear
  • Third-party alterations made to the product

NURILENS offers ONE repair/replacement service for any damage or breakage not covered by the warranty for an additional fee. Note that this service is only applicable during the warranty period for the product.

For an added warranty covering broken frames or damaged lenses, NURICARE is only available at the time of purchase.

Warranty Claims Process

Any warranty claims must be made by the customer within seven (7) calendar days of the expiration of the Warranty Period. You will be asked to send a photograph to confirm the claim, and returned to our warehouse for inspection. The NURILENS Quality Team will review and inspect your claim according to the terms of the warranty. If your product qualifies, we will send you shipping information regarding your refurbished or replaced product. If it does not qualify, you will be notified via email. www.nurilens.co reserves the right to charge for shipping and handling to process the Warranty Claim.
