We are committed to supplying quality eyewear to our customers and providing a seamless experience. We guarantee that every item is made by NURILENS and stand confident in the workmanship, craftsmanship, and materials in our products.

1-Year Frame and Accessories Warranty: All NURILENS frames and accessories have a one (1) year warranty that begins on the date of fulfillment or delivery (whichever came later), during which time frames and/or accessories can be repaired or replaced at no additional cost, except for shipping, handling, and related taxes.

14-Day Lens Warranty: All NURILENS lenses are covered for defects, including incorrect lens type, scratches, and other lens-quality issues, for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery. Lens defect claims must be reported within this 14-day window. After this period, lens services are subject to our lens replacement service fees.

Swen Essentials Collection: The Swen Essentials Set, Netwaye Lens Cleaner, Kenbe Frame Anti-Slip Nose Pads by Setex®, and all Mini (Sample) sizes are final sale. Because these are consumable care products, they are not covered under the NURILENS frame warranty and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Our standard eyewear warranty continues to apply only to NURILENS frames and lenses.

Frames & Accessories (1 Year)

  • Failure of workmanship and craftsmanship
  • Faulty products and materials

Lenses (14 Days)

  • Faulty prescriptions and lens quality
  • Wrong lens type received 
  • Lens scratches or defects present at delivery

Our Warranties Do Not Cover

To protect all of our customers and ensure the integrity and fairness of every claim, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within one year of purchase) in certain situations, including:

  • Shipping costs for products returned to our warehouse or laboratory
  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care, negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
  • Products showing wear and tear (e.g., fading, discoloration, loosening of components, or deterioration from regular use over time)
  • Products lost or damaged due to accidents or acts of nature
  • Products returned for personal reasons that are not related to performance or satisfaction
  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated (e.g., dirt buildup, oil residue, makeup stains, or other substances resulting from a lack of proper cleaning)
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g., surface scratches, scuffs, minor chips, or finish changes resulting from everyday handling and use)
  • Third-party alterations made to the product (e.g., lens exchanges by an outside optician, wood staining or painting, frame bending, or any modifications not performed by NURILENS)

Please note that every item is subject to an evaluation by our Returns Team.

NURILENS offers one (1) repair or replacement service for damage or breakage not covered by the warranty for a fee of $85. This service is only available during the 12-month warranty period. Shipping costs to our facility are at the customer's expense. The repair/replacement applies to the same frame model; upgrades to a different wood type, design, or lens type will incur additional cost.

ALL WARRANTY POLICIES ARE VOID IN THE CASE OF PROFESSIONAL THIRD-PARTY ALTERATIONS BEING DONE TO THE NURILENS FRAMES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Third-party lens exchanges
  • Wood staining, or painting
  • Frame bending

For added protection covering broken frames or damaged lenses, NURICARE is available at the time of purchase. NURICARE provides one (1) covered service (repair, replacement, or lens replacement) within the 12-month warranty period at no additional cost.

Post-Warranty Services

Even after your warranty period has ended, NURILENS is here to help. We offer the following services for orders beyond the 12-month warranty period:

Lens Replacement Service

If your frames are in good condition but you need new lenses (an updated prescription, a different lens type, or a replacement for damaged lenses), we can cut and install new lenses in your existing frames. This service is available at any time, regardless of when you purchased your frames.

Lens Transfer Service

If your frames are damaged but your lenses are still in good condition, you can purchase a new pair of NURILENS frames, and we will transfer your existing lenses into the new pair. This service is available for orders between 12 months and 2 years old.

  • Service fee: $25 (in addition to the cost of new frames)
  • Our team will send you an invoice for the new frames and service fee.
  • You will ship your old pair to our Optical Team, and we will transfer your lenses into the new frames.

For orders over 2 years old, frame specifications may have changed between production runs, which means your existing lenses may not fit the current version of your frame model. In this case, we recommend purchasing a new pair with fresh lenses. Our team is happy to help you select the right frames and lens options.

Warranty Claims Process

Warranty claims should be submitted during the 12-month warranty period. You will be asked to upload a photograph to confirm the claim. Our team will review your submission and may request that you ship your frames to our facility for inspection. The NURILENS Quality Team will review and inspect your claim according to the terms of the warranty. If your product qualifies, we will send you shipping information regarding your repaired or replaced product. If it does not qualify, you will be notified via email with the available service options and associated fees.

Returns and Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within the following windows:
  • Returns initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.
  • Returns initiated within 15-30 calendar days of delivery are eligible for store credit only.
  • Returns or exchanges initiated after 30 calendar days of delivery cannot be processed.

Exchanges should be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery. Dollar-for-dollar exchanges are available for nonprescription standard blue-light-blocking glasses and sunglasses. Exchanges for nonprescription sun-adaptive glasses, readers, and prescriptions will incur a lens exchange fee.

Products must be in new or lightly used condition and received at our warehouse within 7 days of the return/exchange being initiated. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for refunds to appear on your card. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense.

If you receive a faulty product or an incorrect prescription, we will do our best to resolve the issue. Click here to submit a claim.

Cancellations for Unprocessed Orders

Cancellation requests only apply to orders that have not yet begun processing, including preorders and prescription orders awaiting your prescription details. 

  • Order cancellation requests initiated within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.
  • Order cancellation requests initiated more than 30 days after purchase are eligible for store credit only.
  • If applicable, you have up to 12 months from the date of purchase to submit your prescription details. If your prescription is not received within 12 months, your order will be canceled, and a refund via store credit will be issued.

Shipping for Repairs and Service Inquiries

Within 30 days of delivery: NURILENS will provide a prepaid shipping label for sending your frames to our optical lab and will cover return shipping after service is complete.

After 30 days of delivery: Shipping your frames to our optical lab is at your expense. NURILENS covers return shipping after service is complete.

Frames must be shipped within 7 calendar days of receiving shipping instructions from our team. If frames are not postmarked or a tracking number is not provided within this window, the inquiry may be closed. If the warranty expires before frames are received at our optical lab, the inquiry will be closed, and future service will be subject to applicable fees.
