NURICARE serves as an added warranty of protection for damage to your frames or lenses outside of a manufacturing issue. It offers the same coverage as our standard warranty in addition to the below protections:

  • Personal damage to frames
  • Personal wear and tear
  • Personal damage to lenses

NURICARE must be bought at the time of purchase and will be valid for one year. Within this (1) year span, you are only allowed to submit one (1) claim for your NURICARE covered frames. Upon making a claim, you will be asked to send your frames to our Quality Team for review and inspection. Once received, you will be notified of the results of your claim by email.
