Prescription Policy
NURILENS is committed to providing you with products that meet our standards of Quality and Integrity. Because of that, our policy is to only accept prescriptions that have been generated within 24 months (2 years). Prescriptions MUST come from a doctor, and must indicate the following:
- Customer’s Name
- Optometrist Name & Header/Signature
- Optometrist Address/Phone Number
- Prescription O.S/O.D (Right/Left)
- Pupillary Distance
- Expiration Date
- Add (Only used for progressive vision)
At NURILENS, we require all necessary information and a valid prescription in order to process orders. We do not accept prescriptions from entities that have not issued the prescription to you.
To ensure the accuracy and timeliness of your prescription, we will validate all prescriptions before processing your order. If your prescription is outdated, incomplete, or if you have not paid for the correct prescription type in your order, we will notify you via email to provide an updated copy of your prescription or the prescription fee.
If we do not receive your updated prescription within 365 business days for processing, your order will be canceled and a refund via store credit will be issued.
