NURILENS Quality & Satisfaction Guarantee 

It is the top priority of the team at NURILENS, LLC to provide products that help you look and feel great. We have spent a significant amount of time, research, and effort to ensure a quality deliverable that will exceed your expectations. Our products also go through a quality check process to ensure that our products meet industry standards. 

If you find that our product is not the right fit for you, you can initiate a claim within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Products must be in new/unused condition and should be received within 7 days of the return/exchange having been initiated to qualify for a refund, credit, or exchange. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear back on your card. In the event that you receive a faulty product or prescription, we will do our best to rectify said issue. WARRANTY

We are committed to supplying quality eyewear to our customers and support that with our standard and added warranties. We guarantee that every item is made by NURILENS and stand confident in the workmanship, craftsmanship, and materials in our products. All of our products have a one (1) year warranty, during which time eyeglasses and/or cases can be replaced at no additional cost, except for shipping, handling, and related taxes. 

Our Warranties Cover

  • Failure of workmanship and craftsmanship
  • Faulty products and materials
  • Faulty prescriptions and lens quality

Our Warranties Do Not Cover

To protect all of our customers ensure the integrity and fairness of every claim, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within one year of purchase) in certain situations, including:

  • Shipping costs for products returned outside of the USA
  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care, negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear
  • Products lost or damage due to accidents or acts of God
  • Products returned for personal reasons that are not related to performance or satisfaction.
  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated
  • Lost or Stolen Products
  • Cosmetic Wear and Wear
  • Third-party alterations made to the product

ALL WARRANTY POLICIES ARE VOID IN THE CASE OF PROFESSIONAL THIRD-PARTY ALTERATIONS BEING DONE TO THE NURILENS FRAMES. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Third-party lens exchanges
  • Wood staining, or painting
  • Frame bending

Please note every item is subject to an evaluation by our Returns Team.

Warranty Claims Process

Any warranty claims must be made by the customer within seven (7) calendar days of the expiration of the Warranty Period. You will be asked to send a photograph to confirm the claim, and returned to our warehouse for inspection. The NURILENS Quality Team will review and inspect your claim according to the terms of the warranty. If your product qualifies, we will send you shipping information regarding your refurbished or replaced product. If it does not qualify, you will be notified via email. www.nurilens.co reserves the right to charge for shipping and handling to process the Warranty Claim.
