Wholesale Warranty Policy

Upon payment, all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted except in cases of verified manufacturing defects, subject to NURILENS’ inspection and approval.

NURILENS provides an eighteen (18) month limited manufacturer’s warranty to the Optical Partner, beginning on the date of purchase by the Optical Partner. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only and does not extend to damage resulting from improper handling, lens installation, adjustments, exposure to excessive heat or moisture, chemical damage, or normal wear and tear.

Exchanges may be approved within the warranty period only for unused frames (no lenses mounted, unadjusted, and in new condition) and are subject to product availability. The Optical Partner is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics of handcrafted eyewear and shall not be considered defects.

NURILENS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair, replace, or issue credit for any item determined to be defective under this warranty. Replacement items may be identical or of comparable value, depending on availability.
