Refund policy

Returns and exchanges should be initiated within 7 business days of delivery. You will need to initiate a claim by filling out the Submit a Claim Form. Once we have confirmed receipt of your claim, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the product. The product must be received in its original packaging in new or lightly used condition at our warehouse within 7 days of us confirming receipt and providing instructions.

Once your product has been received, our Returns Team will conduct an inspection after which, you will be notified via email whether or not you have qualified for said return or exchange. If you do not qualify for either option, the lenses will be shipped back to you. 

At this time, we are not able to accept returns for international shipments. Please reach out to info@nurilens.co if you have any questions regarding this matter. 

Exclusions

To protect all of our customers and ensure the integrity and fairness of every claim, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within one year of purchase) in certain situations, including:

Our Returns and Exchanges Do Not Cover:

  • Prescriptions that were incorrectly supplied by the customer
  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care, negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated
  • Cosmetic Wear and Wear
  • Third-party alterations made to the product

Note that exchanges for prescriptions will incur an additional fee.

 

Return Shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers will pay for the return shipping at the time of drop off and rates vary based on the order.
